about
Born in Illinois and based in New York since the early 90's, Linda began her modeling career in Chicago. Having always taken an interest in photography, it was the work of Victor Skrebneski that inspired her to pick up a camera.
After locating to New York, Linda spent the next several years traveling and working as an international runway model. Working closely with designers in couture houses introduced her to various design sensibilities and aesthetics. This experience along with her exposure to a diverse array of people and cultures, heightened her creative development and artistic vision.
After her time in the circuit, Linda settled back in New York. She continued her photographic self-study finding inspiration from the work of Irving Penn, Edward Weston, James Nachtwey and William Eggleston.
Linda is known for her pointed and simplistic imagery. Her images are candid and responsive, capturing the true essence of her subjects.
